About Me
Shannon Zorsch PT, DPT (She/Her)
Doctor of Physical Therapy, OwnerÂ
Hi, I’m Shannon – Founder of Wanderwell Physical Therapy!

I’ve been a physical therapist for over 10 years, and from the very beginning, I’ve been driven by one thing: helping people feel heard, understood, supported, and hopeful in their healing.

Early in my career, I had a special interest in low back and SI joint pain—and I was helping people get about 85% better. But something was missing. That missing piece turned out to be the pelvic floor. Once I began exploring this area more deeply, I realized how underserved and misunderstood pelvic health truly is. That discovery sparked my passion and completely changed the way I practice.

Now, I specialize in treating pelvic floor conditions, pregnancy-related discomfort, birth prep, postpartum recovery, and persistent orthopedic issues. I find it fascinating how the body adapts to keep us moving through pain—and how those changes can quietly lead to discomfort over time. My goal is to uncover those patterns, help you move better, and get you back to the things you love with confidence.

I also love educating patients on how to prepare for labor and birth—how movement, breathing, and positioning can reduce labor duration, minimize tearing, and set the stage for a smoother recovery postpartum.

Originally from Upstate New York, I began my career as a travel physical therapist, working in 10 different states before planting roots in South Seattle. My love of exploring new places—and seeing how people move and live in different environments—inspired the name WanderWell.
I believe everyone deserves to wander well through life, travel freely, and move without pain holding them back.

I take a holistic approach—considering how stress, sleep, diet, breathing, posture, and movement all play a role in your healing. I’m always learning and growing through continuing education, conferences, and the latest research because you deserve the best care I can give.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll probably find me planning my next trip, lost in a good book, or cheering loudly for the Buffalo Bills.
