About Wanderwell Physical Therapy
At WanderWell Physical Therapy, care is personal, focused, and rooted in truly understanding you. I provide specialized pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy in South Seattle for people who want more than quick fixes or one-size-fits-all treatment—they want real answers and lasting relief.
Pelvic health is not a side service here. It’s a core focus of my practice. Many people are surprised to learn that some clinics consider pelvic health a specialty after a single course or only see a handful of pelvic patients each week. That approach often leads to generic programs, endless Kegels, or short-term relief without addressing the real reason symptoms started in the first place.
At WanderWell, every session is one-on-one for a full 60 minutes. There’s no juggling multiple patients, no passing you off to aides or students, and no rushing through care. It’s just you and me, working together in a calm, supportive space to understand how your body moves, compensates, and responds to stress.
I specialize in treating pelvic floor conditions and orthopedic issues because your body doesn’t work in isolated parts. Back pain, hip pain, SI joint dysfunction, postpartum changes, pelvic pain, and bladder or bowel symptoms are often connected. Lasting improvement usually comes from addressing multiple areas at once—not just the spot that hurts the most.
I’m always looking at the bigger picture: how you breathe, how you stabilize, how you load your body, and how your nervous system responds. These patterns matter. When we retrain them, symptoms don’t just improve—they stay improved.
Because WanderWell is an independent practice, care isn’t dictated by outside rules or productivity pressures. That means we can focus on what actually supports your healing, whether that’s pelvic floor work, strength and mobility, nervous system regulation, or all of the above.
The goal isn’t just temporary relief. It’s helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body again—so movement supports your life instead of limiting it.

Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
At Wanderwell Physical Therapy, orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy identifies the movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and pelvic floor dysfunction contributing to pain or symptoms. Care focuses on how the pelvis, spine, hips, and core work together, using hands-on treatment and targeted exercise to support healing, confident movement, and recovery through daily life, injury, exercise, pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum.
