The WanderWell Approach to Care

"Embrace Life's Journey Without pain"

Physical therapy shouldn’t feel rushed, intimidating, or overly clinical—especially when it comes to something as personal as pelvic health. At WanderWell, we create a space where you feel completely comfortable talking about what’s often hard to bring up—and where your care is guided by your body’s needs, not a schedule.

I love helping people uncover patterns, restore balance, and move freely—whether hiking, lifting, chasing kids, or simply living without limits. My approach is hands-on, holistic, and always evolving. We consider your whole system—nervous, muscular, skeletal, and emotional—and I’m committed to ongoing learning so every session is thoughtful, personalized, and effective.

Pelvic health isn’t something we occasionally treat—it’s at the heart of what we do. With specialized training in pelvic floor therapy, prenatal, and postpartum care, I guide patients through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery—using movement, breath, and positioning to make birth easier and recovery smoother. I also teach birth prep classes to help people feel confident and prepared for this incredible journey.

At WanderWell, our mission is simple: help you embrace life’s journey without pain.

Book your session today and start moving toward a stronger, freer, and more empowered you!

Shannon Zorsch

Physical Therapist, DPT, Owner

Hi, I’m Shannon – Founder of WanderWell Physical Therapy! I started WanderWell to provide the kind of care I always wished for: personalized, whole-body therapy that goes beyond treating just a symptom. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in stubborn orthopedic issues, low back and SI joint pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction—addressing what’s often overlooked in traditional care.

Before opening WanderWell in South Seattle, I traveled as a physical therapist across 10 states, exploring how people live, move, and heal in different environments. That journey inspired the name WanderWell—and my belief that everyone deserves to wander well through life: free to move, explore, and live without pain holding them back.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me planning my next trip, reading a great book, or cheering way too hard for the Buffalo Bills.
